I never wore a diaper bag with my first baby. I refused to purchase a plastic, colorful, boxish bag that looked like it was designed for a toddler. I never understood those. I instead just continued using a purse big enough for my baby essentials. This worked well enough but organization was always an issue. Lily Jade was literally what I always hoped for.

While pregnant with my second baby I thankfully discovered Lily Jade diaper bags! After seeing these designer bags on my favorite mom bloggers and celebrities, I was dying to have one! Luckily I was blessed with the opportunity to collaborate with Lily Jade by reviewing my favorite bag of theirs!

Each of their bags are crafted with soft premium leather and high quality materials. They come is make many different styles, colors, and sizes making it perfect for any mother. Many of the bags convert to a backpack too, leaving me hands free for my two little ones! What more can I ask for?! It gets better, each bag comes with a beautiful organizer and changing pad too!

As far as I'm concerned this bag is not only an investment to motherhood, but also to womanhood in general! These bag are amazing every day purses that add to each outfit. They can be worn with any casual attire or to a formal event. The versatility of these bags makes them so much more desirable for me!

So here she is, the Madeline in Black Leather with a Sexy Silky Red Interior!

There are plenty of built in inside pockets, even a large one with a zipper! I use these for my makeup and personal essentials. Baby stuff goes into the great removable organizer. I absolutely love how simple it is to leave the pre-packed organizer with Grandma when she babysits, and to still be able to leave with my beautiful purse full of my things. Madeline easily converts from a backpack to a messenger carry or shoulder carry which is super convenient! The changing pad it comes with is compact and so useful too!

The exterior of the bag has several big slots where I can easily put baby bottles, water bottles, or last minute essentials that I grab on the way out the door. The back of the bag features another large pocket with a strong zipper. There is a top flap on the top of the bag with a small zipper pocket where I keep my chapstick, go to lipstick, and most used small items.

Overall I am totally satisfied and in love with my bag. I find the backpack feature to be most useful for me and it is definitely big enough for child essential for both of my babies along with my essentials. Although Madeline fits lots of items, she still looks great with my slim figure which I am so appreciative of!

The only concern I have about this bag is the weight of it. Since it is high quality leather it weighs 2.30lbs without anything in it. It took me quite a bit of time to heal from birthing my babies, and I am still working on healing my hips and lower back. Taking this into consideration I would recommend considering the canvas bags instead if you are a little lady or still in your process of healing.
