Homemade Cashew Basil Pesto~ Gluten and Dairy Free!

This is a super Delicious and very simple recipe for my favorite Pesto! Make a few batches at a time and freeze some in a reusable jar for future meals! 

Basil is a natural Anti-inflammatory, enjoy this pesto while healing your body~

INGREDIENTS:

1 Cup Fresh Basil Leaves
2 Garlic Cloves
1 1/2 - 2 Cups Raw Cashews
3/4 Cup Olive Oil
A pinch of salt (I prefer Himalayan Pink Salt)

DIRECTIONS:

Place all ingredients in a food processor. Process until ingredients are finely chopped and blended together. Taste and adjust to your liking! Add more olive oil for a thinner pesto or add more cashews for a thicker pesto. 

Enjoy and share! My favorite way to eat this pesto is over zucchini noodles and meatballs! Put it on meats, veggies, eggs, or bread! Get creative and let me know what you come up with~
